Tinker, an eighty year old dancer, lives in a dilapidated adobe in the hills above Santa Fe with Plato, her one hundred pound Sulcata Tortoise.  Facing life alone after the recent death of her artist husband, Tinker seems lost and ill-equipped to handle the practical realities of her new situation.  Her friend Jordan, a dog walker and sometimes caterer suggests the help of a Shaman to clear the negativity surrounding her.  When Ron, a distant cousin she barely knows, arrives for a visit, Tinker instantly warms to her slick young house guest.  Charmed by him, she unknowingly signs away her house.  Tinker is forced to face the reality that her idea that all people are good and art can heal anybody will not work.  She needs to take charge of her destiny.  In a final moment, Tinker confronts Ron and gives him the gift of art that she hopes will save him as it has always done for her.
