Joe Hendren is an emerging playwright and has had works produced locally by Lyric Arts, Rosetown Playhouse, Masquers Theatre, Crawling Eye Theatre, The Landmark Center, Lakeshore Players, and Elk River High School. His short scripts have won local honors such as the Lakeshore Players 10 Minute Play contest, The Northfield Arts Guild Very Short Play Fesitval, and the Minnesota Shorts competition. In addition to writing, Joe regularly performs, directs, designs props, and produces theatre. He lives in Spring Lake Park, MN with his wife, Stacey, and daughter, Clare.
