Biography

Heather is a sketch comedian and playwright. Her current project is the play, RT+ MPLS: The Legend of RT Rybak for the 2013 MN Fringe. She has written for the Brave New Workshop mainstage, The National Theatre for Children, Pillsbury House Theatre's Chicago Avenue Project and other theatres in the Twin Cities. Heather's plays have been produced by theatre companies in NYC, LA, Chicago, Washington DC, Minneapolis and exotic Madison, Wisconsin. Her play "Your Responsibility for Sex Failure" won best of venue at the 2011 MN Fringe Festival and her 2012 MN Fringe play, Merblades: Memorrs of a James Cameron is a magical piece of oceanic theatre. Her first film "Zombie Sweater" was a finalist for and was screened at the Women Stand-up and Shoot: National Comedic Film Competition. Heather has an MFA playwriting with Spalding University.
