Alexander has a BA in writing television from Columbia College Chicago, has worked at a suicide hotline for 3.5 years, and currently works as a mental health therapist (AMFT) in Silver Lake, CA with a MS in Counseling Psychology. His first play, "Immortality Crisis" was one of the top 20 candidates for the American Playwriting Foundation's 2018 Phillip Seymour Hoffman Relentless Award.
