TADPOLE

A mysterious doppelgänger. An unrequited crush. A longing to be seen - and a child’s drawing that comes to life. In this surrealist play, multiple stories converge to ask the question - how do we see ourselves?  Told through monologues, vignettes, and magical drawings, Tadpole explores the agony, absurdity, and beauty of what it means to exist within a body that cannot escape perception.
