Do you have an early draft play you don't know what to do with? This class is designed to help playwrights listen to what they've already created and find a vision for moving forward. This class will explode your play open, discover its mechanics, reveal its strengths and progress the play into its next incarnation. Before the class starts, each writer will send their current draft and a statement, including some background about the play, and three aspirations for its rewrite. Through group discussion, reading and re-writing, this class will help you find the play your first draft wants to be. Anyone who has an early draft full-length play to work on may enroll.
