Warren G. Green’s plays have been produced by professional, community and college theaters, including the Guthrie Theater, the Ashland Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Children’s Theatre Company of Minneapolis lab series. In addition to his two years as a Playwright-in-Residence at the Lab, while earning an MA and PhD in Theatre from the University of Minnesota (1990), Green also pursued a professional acting career.  In 2008 Green joined the faculty of Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois, where he teaches a variety of courses including Playwriting, Scriptwriting, Intro to Creative Writing, and Shakespeare.  He continues to write and direct.
