BETWEEN THE LINES is a farce about a writer lost in his imagination and a character that hopes for something more. Her rebellions sparks creatively and chaos. The writer gets stuck. The characters begin to write themselves, the villianess wants to be the leading lady, the leading lady changes her stripes and the lines between imagination and reality get crossed.

Synopsis-

EKPHRASIS ( Eck- fray- sis) is a definitely eccentric perspective on the world of Art. It’s 18 pieces altogether, some serious, some not, each on a different work of art, and each from a different perspective. They include why Sir Henry Raeburn painted a horse backwards, what it’s like to paint water, Forgery, Song Dong’s Mother’s house spread out on the floor of MOMA , Georgia O’Keeffe, Richard Serra, etc. 

Cast:
Solo show. Possible conversion to small groups with each playing a variety of parts.
