Play Type: One Act

Running Time: 45 minutes

“Boy 1” is a psychological thriller set in the future. A misandrist scientific group functions as an all-female “orphanage” but has a much darker, deeper intention. Sisterly Love Orphanage has one purpose: to complete Operation F: Operation Female Domination. The Operation’s goal is to put men where women once were and to suppress them while females run the world. Most of the no-name orphans have been genetically engineered so that they can best serve the Operation. When the girls turn eighteen, they are given a name and a career. A pathological, no nonsense woman runs the orphanage with her team. However, due to a past mistake, the underground Operation is in danger of being exposed and unexpected consequences will arise. With a cast of up to thirty females and one male, Boy 1 explores not only the morality of science but what it truly means to be human.
