White started her tenure at Mixed Blood Theatre in 2011 as the Director of Radical Hospitality, when she was hired to launch the organization’s now nationally renowned ticketing model.  She served in the role for one season before stepping in as Managing Director, the position she held at Mixed Blood until July 2016.

With a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s Program in Arts Administration, she has training and experience in program design, development, marketing, outreach and strategic planning.  Prior to joining Mixed Blood’s team, she served as a member of both the Strategy and Major Gifts teams at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where she managed the Young Patrons of Lincoln Center (YPLC), the organization’s membership program for patrons in their 20s-40s. Programming, fundraising, marketing strategy, social networking, event planning and outreach were her focus; in her time at Lincoln Center, YPLC increased its membership by 150%. White has worked in Play Development for Broadway producer The Araca Group, and as Associate Artistic Director at the William Inge Center for the Arts, where she served as the recipient of a Theatre Communications Group Future Leaders Fellowship.

White holds an MFA in Performance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and she is an alumna of The School at Steppenwolf, where she trained with both company members and artistic staff of Steppenwolf Theater Company.  She has worked as a producer, director and actor for theatre companies throughout the United States, and she is currently the co-Artistic Director and a founding member of DalekoArts, an ensemble theatre company in New Prague, Minnesota.

She is proud to be an adjunct faculty member at St Mary’s University, where she teaches in the Arts & Cultural Management program, and to serve on the Board of Directors for Minneapolis’ award-winning Walking Shadow Theatre Company.
