Dance-theater artist Stuart Pimsler performs a theatrical homage to legendary Jewish-American author Philip Roth. Constructed as a conversation with Roth, Pimsler explores his own complicated attraction to the author's work while commenting on Roth's controversial history and place in American culture. Following the performance, director Hayley Finn joins Pimsler onstage to discuss the interplay of dance and literature in creating new work for the stage.
