You're invited to the Playwrights' Center's highly anticipated Taste of the Season, a signature benefit event to kick off our 2016-17 season of readings and writers hosted by Playwrights' Center board members Maura Brew, Char Hovi, Jon Newman, and Carla Paulson.

Join us to hear four of this year's playwrights engage in conversation with Producing Artistic Director Jeremy Cohen and share excerpts from their new plays while enjoying wines creatively paired for each playwright by a local sommelier.

It's a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how new plays are made that you won't find anywhere else and an opportunity to learn more about one of the Twin Cities' hidden artistic gems, now going into its 45th year of championing playwrights and new plays.

All proceeds benefit the Playwrights' Center's efforts to sustain, develop, and connect playwrights to the resources and relationships they need to thrive as artists.
