PLATAEA by Michael Lotti

As the small city of Plataea becomes caught up in the Peloponnesian War, the citizens struggle to navigate ordinary life amidst the extraordinary -- and conflicting -- demands that the war places on them. The play is a dramatic adaptation of a part of Thucydides' "History of the Peloponnesian War."
