His work has been developed at The Fire This Time Festival, Playwrights’ Center, Pillsbury House + Theatre, The History Theatre, New York Theatre Workshop, The Drama League, Oregon Shakespeare Festival and The O’Neill National Playwrights Conference. He is a former Jerome Fellow and Many Voices Fellow at the Playwrights’ Center and has been in residence at The Royal Court Theatre. Josh is an MFA candidate in Playwriting at Yale School of Drama. Training: Carnegie Mellon, BFA.

PLEASE NOTE: Josh will take participants through exercises and discussion around play structure using Lorraine Hansberry's A Raisin in the Sun as a reference point. It will be helpful to have knowledge of this play's theme and content prior to the workshop in order to have the best experience.

If you do not have a physical copy of the play, we recommend searching online for the play as there are usually free texts available and detailed synopsis online. Depending on your area, your local library may also have e-books available. The movie is available to stream for free via Sony's Crackle video service here.

This conversation is presented online. A link to a ZOOM webcast will be emailed to registrants 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
