This two-part workshop begins with generative writing exercises designed to help writers relax, receive and simulate emotional readiness to begin their work. The second part is designed to help writers to activate, edit and apply precision and technique to their writing. Emphasis is placed on the interconnectedness between both parts of playmaking. Attention is paid to the pitfalls of yin deficient or yang deficient writing.
