Often times so much focus is put on the dialogue in a play, but what about everything else playwrights have at their disposal? What are these tools that are inherent and ingrained in the beauty and power of theatre? In this seminar, we will explore the power of silence on stage, how stage directions can be utilized to enhance your story, and specific tricks to make your work theatrical. You will leave with examples and many, many ideas.
