Peter Morrow moved to the Twin Cities from Dublin, Ireland in 2012. He quickly found community and collaborators in the Twin Cities by stumbling into Bedlam shortly after he arrived, a community which has continued to grow and become a second home. Peter has designed, composed and collaborated with many companies, colleges, and amazing artists along the way including zAmya, Interact, Wonderlust, Full Circle, Red Eye Theater, Pillsbury House + Theatre, Stages Theatre Company, Exposed Brick, Mni Giizhik, New Arab American Theater, Theater Mu, Penumbra, New Native Theatre, Pangea, Playwrights’ Center, Theater Latté Da, The Children’s Theatre Company and The Guthrie Theater; Body Watani, BRKFST, Threads, Collide and Twin Cities Ballet; Ifrah Mansour, A.P. Looze, Akiko Ostlund, Diver Van Avery, Pedra Pepa and Asha Rowland. He performs his own music as well as playing with Carlisle Evans Peck, CB. and Theo Langason. Peter is a 2025-26 McKnight Theater Artist Fellow.

Peter Morrow will present an excerpt of a new work in collaboration with Theo Langason.
Isabel Nelson will present The Storytelling Rite (working title), with collaborators Chris Fausto Cabrera, Adana Patrice, and Walken Schweigert. They will use the process and performance to deepen their sense of creative partnership through the creation of a shared ritual that centers personal storytelling.
Mikell Sapp will present Mikell’s Twin Cities Game Night.

Isabel Nelson
Isabel Nelson (she/they) is a community songleader, ritual artist, and award-winning theater director, creator and performer. In 2010, she co-founded Twin Cities-based physical theater ensemble Transatlantic Love Affair (TLA), which collaboratively creates original works from the reimagined bones of old stories, and served as artistic director of the company until 2022. She is the recipient of the 2012 Emerging Artist Ivey Award and the National Theater Conference’s 2015 Emerging Professional Award, and is currently a 2025-26 McKnight Theater Artist Fellow at the Playwrights’ Center. She received her B.A. from Macalester College in Theatre and Religious Studies, completed a two-year program (M.F.A. equivalent) in Creating Theatre at the Lecoq-based London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA), and received her M.Div. in Theology and the Arts from United Theological Seminary. Currently Isabel brings their creative practice to bear in collaboration with folx incarcerated at state prisons in Lino Lakes, Shakopee, and Stillwater. Isabel believes in singing and storytelling as vessels for healing, and theater as sacred action – a chance to imagine, embody, and create the just and generative world we deserve.

Mikell Sapp is from Phenix City, AL, and a proud graduate of Alabama State University.
