About the play
GUNNER follows a hypothetical law school study group struggling with their public politics, private ambitions, and the undeniable romance of mentorship/friendship. Right or wrong, happy or unhappy, are we different people for different people? This is my Usha Vance play.
GUNNER is a complicated love story anchored by the intersection of personal politics and private actions. With midterms around the corner, I am excited to explore how the negotiation of ambition is perennial.
