The Playwrights’ Center today announced the participants and schedule for PlayLabs, its national festival of new play workshops and readings. The festival will feature new plays by Christina Ham, Dan O’Brien, Kira Obolensky, and Deborah Stein & Suli Holum.

Playwrights' Center names Jeremy B. Cohen Producing Artistic Director

The Playwrights' Center, one of the nation's most respected champions of playwrights and new plays, announced today that Jeremy B. Cohen will become the Center's second Producing Artistic Director in the history of the organization. Cohen currently serves as the Associate Artistic Director and Director of New Play Development at Hartford Stage, having served with significant national recognition in that capacity for the past six years.
